The Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation works to preserve and enhance the natural wildlife habitat, cultural resources, scenic vistas, and agricultural character of Jo Daviess County, IL and the surrounding area for future generations.

We accomplish this mission by:

• Educating people about land stewardship and resource conservation.

• Permanently protecting land from inappropriate development.

• Working with willing landowners through conservation registeries, easements,
or land donations.

• Supporting recreation that promotes appreciation of our natural resources.

• Partnering with other like-minded organizations.
